User Guide
Everything you need to go from sign-up to your first trade and withdrawal.
01Getting started
- Create an account with email + password (or sign in), then complete KYC tier 1.
- Optionally link your wallet (EVM or Tron) in Account so deposits from it are credited to you automatically.
02Depositing funds
- Go to Account → Deposit, choose a chain (BSC testnet or Tron), and send USDT to the treasury address shown.
- Deposits from a linked wallet credit automatically. From an unlinked wallet, link it afterward and claim the pending deposit.
03The markets
- Perpetual futures on crypto (BTC, ETH, SOL…), gold (XAU), and tokenized US stocks (AAPL, TSLA, NVDA…).
- Prices come from an in-house oracle aggregating several sources. Tokenized stocks trade 24/7 off the last close.
04Placing a trade
- Order types: LIMIT (rest at your price), MARKET (fill immediately), POST_ONLY (maker-only), IOC. Use reduce-only to only shrink a position.
- Choose leverage (up to 50× on crypto/gold, 10× on stocks). Margin is frozen when you open a position.
- Click any order-book level to prefill its price and size in the order form.
05Positions, P&L & liquidation
- Account → Positions shows your net position, entry price, and live unrealized P&L. Use Close to flatten (reduce-only is enforced so you can't accidentally flip).
- If your equity falls below the maintenance margin, the position is liquidated through the live order book; the insurance fund covers any shortfall.
06Withdrawals & fees
- Account → Withdraw. Small amounts auto-approve; larger amounts pass a quick manual review, with daily caps.
- You can withdraw on a chain up to your net deposits on it plus a share of your free P&L (an anti-bridge safeguard).
- Fees: a maker rebate or taker fee per market, and a fixed withdrawal fee per chain — see the Fees & Rules dialog.
07On-chain settlement
- Every fill is committed on-chain with both wallet addresses indexed. Open a settled trade in Account → Settlements to view its transaction on the block explorer.
- This is the core of Liquix: a permanent, self-verifiable record of every trade.
08FAQ
- “My order shows PARTIALLY FILLED / CANCELED.” A MARKET order fills whatever liquidity is available and cancels the unfillable remainder — the Filled column shows how much executed.
- “Why do stocks trade on weekends?” Tokenized-stock perps are 24/7, priced off the last close when the underlying market is shut.
- “Where are my funds?” They're custodied by the exchange, and every trade is settled on-chain for transparency.
